Fatloss 4 Idiots. Sound premise, but does it work? No. No, it does not. Having tested this product, I can safely say that it was completely unnecessary for me to test the product. Everything you need to know is on the front page, starting with the cartoon of a woman at the top, proudly proclaiming “I’m a certified idiot”. Yes, yes you are.

Let me pick out just one error, right there in big bold letters on the front page: Low Calorie Diets DON’T WORK. I think someone doesn’t understand what calories are… How can I put this simply: if you take in more calories then you use, some get stored. If you take in less calories then you use, some of the stored ones get used as well. A simple example: if you take in 2,000 calories and use 2,500, then 500 calories worth of fat gets consumed. That’s about 55 grams of fat. Congratulations, you’ve lost weight!

It seems that the fatloss4idiots’ idiot author believes that if you eat the right food at the right time it somehow doesn’t contain energy. Wait a minute… that reminds me of something I heard a friend say the other day! As I recall, she told me that even though she’s on a diet, she can still eat the fries from my plate because “food you steal from someone else has no calories“. I wonder if that’s part of the fatloss4idiots diet? Nope, apparently not. Too bad. Or how about, food you eat while walking contains no calories? You see where I’m going with this?

Let’s take a look at another quote, from the second page on the site: You don’t get fat because of a lack of exercising, that’s a myth. You get fat because you don’t eat the right foods at the right intervals each day. Wow, that’s wrong on just so many levels. For starters, do they think it’s just some kind of coincidence that the people who are fit and attractive all exercise regularly? Maybe people who exercise are thin because the evil fat-fairies are scared of by their flailing limbs. Hey, it’s about as believable as anything else on that site!

You get fat, because you eat more calories then you use. That’s it. No complicated secrets, no hidden magical mystery, just a plain simple fact. If you want to lose fat, you must either eat less or exercise more. Fatloss4idiots has this backwards – they want you to eat more and exercise less. Yeah, that’s gonna help.
